About PR ON THE GO: We're building PRontheGO to provide PR intelligence to entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to empower anyone to build a successful global or local business by providing free PR tips and growth hacks through our online platform. We're the fastest growing resource platform for indie makers, solopreneurs and startups.
PR ON THE GO offers fully remote internships for PR & Communications students. Please note: Internship positions are unpaid.
Our PR internship program offers current PR & Comms students short professional assignments.
The internship program begins on September 1, 2026, and runs until the end of November 2026 (3 months).
Program & deliverables:
✅ Students will develop relationships within 1 creative industry of their choice; e.g. music, fashion, startup/tech, art, design, travel [see the 12 different categories on our homepage].
✅ Students will learn how to create a community within their creative industry by providing PR and growth hacking tips and publishing efforts.
✅ Students will learn how to set up PR campaigns for their chosen creative industry and how to build media relations, e.g. contacting music journalists for their music community
✅ Students will support all PR ON THE GO social media and podcast activities to increase outreach.
✅ Students will participate in 1 weekly one-hour video conference call to share their accomplishments and set goals for the week. The work schedule each the week is an estimated 10 hours commitment.
✅ Students will benefit from the community and media relationships built during the internship for their future PR specialization.
